Scope of Work:
- Service focus: Dell laptops and desktop PCs only
Key Responsibilities
- Perform hardware diagnostics, upgrades, and repairs on Dell laptops and desktop computers
- Troubleshoot operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) on workstations and servers
- Replace components such as hard drives, SSDs, motherboards, RAM, power supplies, keyboards, and screens
- Perform basic server hardware replacements when required
- Configure and troubleshoot BIOS/UEFI, RAID controllers, and firmware updates
- Perform imaging, configuration, deployment, and migration of systems
- Assist with basic server administration tasks (user access, storage checks, service restarts, backup verification)
- Maintain documentation for each job completed (including photos, serial numbers, configurations, and logs)
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members
- Complete service calls within agreed timeframes while maintaining high service quality
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in laptop and desktop repair/support (minimum 1–2 years preferred)
- Familiarity with BIOS/UEFI, RAID, system recovery, and virus/malware removal
- Basic knowledge of Windows Server and/or Linux server environments
- Ability to read and follow service manuals and technical instructions
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Must have access to basic toolkits, ESD protection, and a smartphone with internet access

- Pay Rate: $40–$45 per work order
- Estimated Volume: 4–6 tickets per day
