Carpenters are responsible for the construction and assembly of sets for
the Saint Germain and Boyd-Quinson Stages. This role involves working
under the supervision of the Lead Carpenter to build and install set
pieces, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.
This position requires a skilled individual with knowledge of theatrical
set construction. REQUIREMENTS - Construct and assemble sets under the
supervision of the Lead Carpenter. - Build and install set pieces to the
highest standards, following safety protocols and interpreting set
designs. - Collaborate with other team members and assist during
load-ins and load-outs. - Comply with all safety guidelines to ensure a
safe working environment. - Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS -
Proficiency in various carpentry techniques and tools. - Ability to read
and interpret set designs and blueprints. - Experience with theatrical
set construction and assembly. - Knowledge of safety protocols and best
practices. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. -
Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Ability to lift
items weighing up to 50 lbs - Must be willing to work with students and
volunteers - Reliable transportation and/or a valid driver\'s license is
preferred - Ability to drive a 26\' box truck is preferred \*This job
