Carpenter is responsible for overseeing the construction and
installation of sets in the theatre. This role involves interpreting set
designs, supervising a team of carpenters to ensure that all
construction is completed to the highest standards. This position
requires a driven individual with strong leadership skills and extensive
Knowledge Of Theatrical Set Construction And Management. REQUIREMENTS -
Oversee the construction and installation of sets in the theatre. -
Interpret set designs and supervise a team of carpenters to ensure all
construction is completed to the highest standards. - Manage project
timelines, ensure safety protocols are followed, and maintain quality
control. - Coordinate with the Assistant Technical Directors during
load-ins and load-outs. - Enforce safety measures to protect all team
members. - Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS - Strong leadership,
communication, organizational, and time management skills. - Extensive
knowledge of theatrical set construction and management. - Proficiency
in reading and interpreting set designs and blueprints. - Experience
with various carpentry tools and techniques. - Knowledge of safety
protocols and best practices. - Ability to manage and motivate a team. -
Must be comfortable working with students and volunteers. - Ability to
lift 50 lbs and work comfortably at heights. - Reliable transportation
and/or a valid driver\'s license is preferred - Ability to drive a 26\'
