Senior Product Manager - Seattle, WA (flexible hybrid model)
We are working with a global, highly engineered manufacturing organisation serving the life sciences, analytical, and industrial markets. The business develops complex physical products and systems used in critical laboratory, bioprocessing, and analytical workflows. Product teams operate with a high degree of ownership within a decentralized structure, supported by the broader scale and resources of the wider organisation.

Responsibilities
- Own and manage the full product lifecycle for assigned product lines, including performance, maintenance, enhancements, and lifecycle planning

- Translate customer needs, market input, and internal insights into actionable product improvements and priorities
- Manage multiple cross-functional workstreams simultaneously in a complex, matrixed environment
- Ensure alignment of product activities with operational capabilities, timelines, and business objectives
- Develop increasing contribution to product roadmap and longer-term portfolio strategy as product knowledge deepens

- Strong experience working directly with engineering and operations teams in a cross-functional environment
- Demonstrated track record of managing product lifecycle activities, including development and launch
- Experience in complex, technical, or regulated environments
Preferred Background
- Life sciences, analytical instrumentation, bioprocessing, diagnostics, or related technical industries
- Exposure to laboratory instruments, integrated systems, or technically complex consumables
- Scientific, engineering, or technical academic background (preferred but not essential)
Core Competencies
- Strong bias for action and execution-focused mindset
- Ability to operate independently and take ownership without close supervision
- High emotional intelligence and strong stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and managing shifting priorities
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence across functions
- Decisive, proactive, and accountable in driving work forward
