Position Overview:
My client is currently looking for a Clinical Trial Associate with oncology experience for a part-time, contract position. The role supports clinical trial operations in oncology studies, focusing on regulatory compliance and trial documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Support clinical trial operations for oncology studies.
- Maintain the Trial Master File (TMF), ensuring it is up-to-date and inspection-ready.
- Coordinate and track trial documents, regulatory submissions, and approvals.
- Facilitate communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support study start-up, maintenance, and close-out activities.
- Assist with tracking and reconciling study data and subject information.
- Help monitor trial timelines and milestones.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Clinical Trial Associate, preferably in oncology.
- Familiarity with GCP, ICH guidelines, and FDA regulations.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with eTMF and CTMS systems preferred.
- Ability to work in Boston, Massachusetts, in a hybrid capacity.
