Job Description
As a Clinical Trial Associate, you will support clinical operations and contribute to groundbreaking research in oncology and rare diseases. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on exposure by working closely with the Director and Chief Medical Officer.
Responsibilities
- Support clinical research operations and ensure compliance with clinical trial protocols.
- Maintain and organize clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with international teams, requiring flexibility in working hours.
- Assist in the execution of clinical trials, particularly in oncology and rare disease sectors.
Essential Skills
- Clinical research experience, particularly as a Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC).
- Proficiency in clinical trial processes and documentation.
- 2 years of experience in clinical trials.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Science or Arts (BS/BA).
- Experience in a small team environment, offering exposure to senior leadership.
Work Environment
The position is primarily remote with a small office located in Lexington, MA. The team gathers in the office on Wednesdays for meetings and lunch. Candidates must be local for occasional on-site meetings. The role requires flexibility for some international work hours.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lexington, MA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $33.00 - $36.00/hr.
