- Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination using tools like My Vision or Microsoft Office Outlook.
- Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain organized records and ensure accuracy across all administrative tasks.
- Support office management duties including supply inventory, mail distribution, and maintaining cleanliness of the reception area.
- Assist with clerical responsibilities such as typing correspondence, updating databases (including QuickBooks or similar accounting software), and managing incoming emails.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and offering helpful information about services or appointments.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while performing administrative duties with precision and professionalism.
- Support additional tasks such as bookkeeping, medical or vision receptionist duties, or personal assistant responsibilities as needed.
Skills
- Proven experience in office administration, clerical work, or reception roles with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace applications, and data entry systems like QuickBooks.
