Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for an Experienced Loan Officer. The Loan Officer will be responsible for originating and processing mortgage loan applications, providing customer service, and ensuring loan compliance with underwriting standards. The Loan Officer will guide clients through the mortgage process from application to closing.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Loan Officer and in Loan Origination
- Knowledge of Finance and Underwriting procedures
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and contribute to team success
- Proficiency in mortgage software and financial applications
- State-specific licensing and certification for loan origination
