Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a pricing database over an array of wholesale partners
- Lead invoicing and respond to inquiries from our wholesale accounts
- Support monthly revenue reporting, reconciliation, and cash collections
- Oversee inventory sign-out processes across multiple warehouse locations
- Assist with inventory management analysis and compliance
- Manage tax filings including monthly excise tax reporting, ensuring compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations
- Process day-to-day financial transactions such as payments and banking
- Maintain accurate entries in our accounting systems
- Collaborate with the finance team on ad hoc projects and accounting support
- You must have a self-starter mentality with a team mindset who contributes to a community-focused culture
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred (or 3-5 years of relevant experience)
- Working knowledge of accounting systems and Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel)
- Comfort with financial and statistical analysis tools
- Understanding of financial and accounting principles
- Ability to analyze trends and provide thoughtful, data-informed insights
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple deadlines
