What are the responsibilities and job description for the Special Education Evaluator (26/27) position at Barre City Elementary and Middle School?
The Barre Unified Union School District is seeking a Special Educator to join the district's special education evaluation team. The District Team will be made up of three building level teams. Each building team will consist of a School Psychologist and a Special Educator.
Responsibilities of the special educator include but are not limited to:
-Conducts record reviews;
-Schedules, notices and facilitates the evaluation planning and decision meetings;
-Conducts all achievement testing;
-Writes a thorough achievement assessment report, determines adverse effect, conducts observations and completes all evaluation documentation;
-Provides all reports to team members, including the special education case manager.
