Patent Prosecution Engineering Associate

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in drafting and prosecuting patent applications. A degree and background in mechanical engineering is required.

Candidate Qualifications
- 1-3 years of patent prosecution experience required
- Strong background in drafting and prosecuting patent applications
- Mechanical engineering degree required
- Registered and in good standing with the USPTO
- Admitted to practice in Indiana or eligible for admission to the state bar
- Managing patent portfolios
- Preparing patent opinion letters
- Advising on non-infringement and invalidity issues
- Conducting patent due diligence for corporate transactions and M&A matters
