Job Requirements
- 2–4 years of complex product liability litigation experience at a law firm
- Experience defending clients in Illinois state court (required) and Federal court (preferred)
- Preferred background includes work involving pharmaceutical products, medical devices, and consumer health or other consumer-facing products
- Proficient in all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion drafting, court hearings, trial preparation and/or trial participation (a plus)
- Outstanding writing, research, and analytical skills
- Strong academic credentials
- Be highly motivated to join an active trial practice
- Demonstrate initiative and a readiness to take ownership of client matters
- Possess strong interpersonal skills and thrive in a large, collaborative team environment
- Be admitted to the Illinois bar (required)
