Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly with genuine enthusiasm, making them feel valued and comfortable from the moment they arrive
• Manage reservations efficiently
• Communicate clearly with guests regarding wait times, menu specials, and restaurant policies using excellent phone etiquette
• Coordinate seating and waitlist management to optimize guest flow and minimize wait times
• Assist with guest inquiries, special requests, and accommodate needs promptly to enhance guest relations
• Support the restaurant team by maintaining cleanliness in the host station and dining area, ensuring a tidy presentation at all times
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery during busy hours

Experience

• Previous host/hostess experience in a fast-paced food service or restaurant environment is highly preferred
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest relations.
• Experience working in hospitality settings like hotels or similar guest-focused environments is a plus
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure
• Prior experience in serving or food service roles will support your success in this position

Pay: $15.55 - $17.50 per hour
