Based out of our shop in Argyle, TX, you will lead routes covering North Fort Worth, Denton County, and the surrounding areas. As the face of Wrangler Hauling & Disposal, you will be responsible for driving our trucks, leading your on-site team, managing customer relationships, and ensuring a smooth, safe, and professional operation.
Core Responsibilities
- Command the Rig: Safely operate a non-CDL box truck or dump truck from our Argyle dispatch lot out to customer locations.
- Lead the Crew: Manage and guide your hauling assistant (Wrangler) on-site, ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and safely.
- Customer Service: Greet customers, provide accurate on-site pricing estimates, secure payments, and ensure a five-star experience.
- Heavy Lifting: Safely lift, navigate, and pack heavy items (furniture, appliances, yard waste, construction debris) into the truck.
- Disposal Logistics: Drive to local regional transfer stations, recycling centers, and donation sites to unload properly.
- Must be at least 21 years old (for commercial vehicle insurance purposes).
- Valid standard driver’s license with a clean driving record (MVR check required).
- Reliable transportation to report to our shop in Argyle daily.
- High physical stamina and the ability to lift 75 lbs consistently throughout the day.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional appearance.
Salary : $18 - $20
