- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues, including fixtures, water heaters, piping, and drains
- Deliver exceptional customer service with clear communication and a friendly attitude
- Educate customers on plumbing solutions and present service options
- Accurately document all work performed using mobile software
- Adhere to plumbing codes and company safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and professional work environment
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet performance goals
- Minimum 3 years of residential plumbing service experience
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems and repair techniques
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Professional, punctual, and dependable
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends or evenings as needed
- Plumbing license (preferred but not required)
