- Install, troubleshoot, and repair residential electrical systems and components
- Complete jobs according to code and safety regulations (NEC & local codes)
- Educate homeowners on recommended safety upgrades, repairs, and options
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and company vehicles
- Accurately complete job-related paperwork and communicate clearly with dispatch and team leads
- Work closely with apprentices, offering guidance and support when needed
- Represent Bardi with professionalism, courtesy, and a customer-first attitude
- Follow all safety protocols and use PPE correctly at all times
- 2 years of residential electrical experience
- Strong knowledge of NEC and Georgia residential code
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to pass background check and drug screening
