Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers and coworkers
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver plumbing equipment and materials
- Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction
- When provided with state-of-the-art equipment, ability to consistently generate a minimum of $30,000 in monthly revenue while maintaining excellent customer reviews and workmanship
- Plumbing experience preferred but not required for all positions
- Maintain consistent communication with dispatch and office staff
- Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend appropriate solutions
- Perform plumbing repairs, installations, maintenance, and service calls
- Deliver exceptional customer service on every job
- Educate customers on repair and replacement options
- Complete all required job documentation accurately and timely
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in a clean and professional manner
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Participate in on-call rotation and respond promptly to plumbing emergencies
- Represent the company professionally in appearance, attitude, and workmanship
- Contribute to a positive team environment and assist fellow team members when needed
