Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Plumbing Install team with residential plumbing system installations
Handle tools, materials, and job site setup and cleanup
Support the lead plumber with excavation, piping, and fixture installation
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Learn and apply plumbing code requirements and best practices
Follow safety procedures and wear proper PPE at all times
Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn on the job
Communicate clearly and respectfully with team members and customers
Qualifications:
Strong desire to learn the plumbing trade
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various conditions
Punctual, reliable, and professional demeanor
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Previous plumbing or construction experience is a plus, but not required
