- Assist the Plumbing Install team with residential plumbing system installations
- Handle tools, materials, and job site setup and cleanup
- Support the lead plumber with excavation, piping, and fixture installation
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Learn and apply plumbing code requirements and best practices
- Follow safety procedures and wear proper PPE at all times
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn on the job
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with team members and customers
- Strong desire to learn the plumbing trade
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various conditions
- Punctual, reliable, and professional demeanor
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Previous plumbing or construction experience is a plus, but not required
