BR A is seeking a proactive, creative Business Development Coordinator to join our Boston headquarters. This role is ideal for a strong communicator with an interest in storytelling, visual communications, and the design and construction industry. The position reports to the Director of Business Development and supports firmwide initiatives to increase brand visibility, strengthen market positioning, and help win new work across our national footprint.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research using tools such as Bid Prime and Google Alerts to identify and track opportunities
- Maintain and update data in Deltek and other internal systems
- Develop, edit, and coordinate written and visual content including presentations, qualifications, award submissions, and calls for papers
- Assist with PowerPoint pitch decks and InDesign qualification packages
- Manage and contribute to social media content, calendars, and quality control
- Track conferences, awards, and speaking opportunities
- Support business development strategy, meeting coordination, and reporting
- Assist with event planning, networking efforts, and industry engagement
- Provide administrative support including travel coordination, expense reporting, and registrations

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Design, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, business development, or communications, preferably within the AEC industry
- Proficiency in InDesign required; PowerPoint, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Deltek experience a plus
- Familiarity with social media platforms, SEO, and data analytics preferred
- Experience working with senior leadership
