Role Description
The Construction Office Manager is responsible for supporting and coordinating the day-to-day operations of a construction office. This role serves as a key support function to the Controller and Operations Manager by keeping the office organized, managing administrative systems, coordinating communication, and ensuring tasks and follow-ups are completed accurately and on time.
This position requires prior construction management or construction office experience and a strong understanding of how construction projects, vendors, subcontractors, and field operations function.

- Strong understanding of construction operations, job workflows, vendors, and subcontractors
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and follow-ups in a fast-paced environment

- Professional, dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable handling confidential employee, payroll, and company information
- Proficient with basic computer applications, including email, spreadsheets, and document management systems
