Bar548 in St. Petersburg, FL is looking for one inventory & bar operations manager to join our 22 person strong team. We are located on 548 Central Ave. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and hard-working.
Responsibilities
- Inventory counting every Wednesday at 6:00am
- Ordering twice a week based upon pars & sales
- Forcasting change in inventory requirements based on previous sales/seasons/events
- Meeting with brand vendors/distributors on a consistent weekly basis
- Timely reporting to decrease slippage and increase profitability
- Facility management to include proactive maintenance and delegation of tasks
- Responsibilities do not include personnel management
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the bar/restaurant industry strongly preferred
- Inventory management experience a plus
- Facility management experience a plus
- Must be able to meet time sensitive deadlines
- Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure
- Ability to effectively communicate and work well with executive team
