Baptist Health is hiring a Coding Supervisor to join our Physician Coding team in Jacksonville, FL. Coding Supervisor, Job Responsibilities: Assists the PB Coding Manager in effectively and efficiently supervising and coordinating the the day to day operations of the assigned coding team Effectively monitors and manages outstanding charges and coding denials while adhering to regulatory requirements Serves as a subject matter expert in codaing-related matters and collaborates on the preparation of written and verbal training materials to ensure consistent application of coding concepts Participates in developing and conducting education to staff and providers regarding coding and billing issues within assigned specialties. Experience Requirements: 3-5 Years Coding Experience Required 1-2 years Leadership Experience Required 1-2 years Outpatient Coding Experience Required 1-2 years Medical Billing Experience Required Knowledge of regulatory protocols.
