Responsible for the day to day supervision of activities in the JAX and WCH Prep and Sterile Department for a 24 hour operation .Ensures Prep and Sterile policies and procedures are standardized in compliance with regulatory agencies across the healthcare system • .Actively participates in the hiring, counseling,, and performance reviews of the staff • Monitors and participates in the budget process, which includes expense activity and interpretation of data.
