Role Description The Key Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site retail role based in Charlotte, NC, responsible for driving sales, delivering outstanding customer service, and supporting store operations. Day-to-day activities include greeting customers, understanding their needs, recommending jewelry and piercing services, and completing sales transactions accurately. The role also involves maintaining merchandise displays, keeping the store clean and organized, assisting with inventory processes, and following all company policies and procedures. Key Sales Associates may help open and close the store, handle cash management tasks, and support training of new team members as needed. This position works closely with store leadership to meet sales goals and ensure a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for customers and colleagues.
Qualifications
