Role Description The Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site position located in Boca Raton, FL. This role involves welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and providing product recommendations that align with style, budget, and occasion. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with jewelry and piercing inquiries, completing sales transactions, handling returns and exchanges, and maintaining accurate point-of-sale records. The Sales Associate helps keep displays clean, organized, and visually appealing, supports inventory receiving and stocking, and follows store policies and procedures. The role also contributes to meeting sales goals, promoting current offers, and ensuring a safe, inclusive, and positive shopping environment.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide a welcoming in-store experience.
