What are the responsibilities and job description for the Treasury Management Associate position at BANK-SHARED SERVICE?
Establishes and maintains relationships with clients in conjunction with the Lenders and Retail banking staff
Evaluates needs of potential customers and offers appropriate solutions to best fit the needs of the client
Performs treasury product onboarding and maintenance to all TM clients and troubleshooting which includes online access, ACH, positive pay, RDC Installs and renewals
Support the onboarding process for new treasury management clients, including gathering required documentation and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth transition
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings and regulatory developments to support sales efforts
Respond to client and internal inquiries and requests for information in a timely and professional manner
Assess products, services, rates and fees in the market and make recommendations to complete deposit relationship analysis
Be an active member in the community and participate in events that promote the bank
Associate degree or equivalents banking experience
Previous experience in a customer support role
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
Strong organizational and time management skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt
Expert knowledge in treasury services and commercial banking•
Ability to work directly with clients in person, on the phone or email
