Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and mentor a branch team through hands-on training, personalized coaching, and regular performance feedback
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, branch workflow, and cash operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency
- Resolve escalated customer concerns with professionalism and care
- Build and maintain strong customer and community relationships
- Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture that supports employee growth and teamwork
Qualifications:
- 5 years of retail banking experience (2 years in management preferred)
- Proven success in sales, operations, and team leadership
- Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance
- Customer-focused, ethical, and adaptable leadership style
