**Essential Duties**
- The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations, ensuring smooth communication, and maintaining an efficient office environment
- Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records
- Maintain an organized office environment by managing supplies and equipment
- Assist with customer inquiries and provide timely responses to ensure satisfaction
- Participate in community events to help our communities we serve and increase brand awareness
- Manage email correspondence professionally and promptly.
- Organize and coordinate meetings and appointments, including recording minutes, follow-ups, and maintaining records
- Oversee document control, tracking, and reporting of various logs and company information
- Assist with daily office operations, including answering phones, running errands, and handling miscellaneous administrative tasks
- The Business Development Administrator supports the Business Development team by managing and performing administrative task
- Maintains current knowledge of bank products and their benefits; identifies and suggests these products and services to customers as opportunities arise; refers customer to proper person and department as necessary
- Act a a liaison between other departments to meet customer requests and deadlines
- Assist BDOs and lenders with opening all types of deposit accounts. This position requires strong personal skills, attention to detail, knowledge of the features and benefits of the banks deposit products and services. Also requires knowledge of compliance requirements related to the account opening process and the ability to follow proper procedures.
