We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Sales Manager to oversee the daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing staff, and ensuring the store runs efficiently while maintaining a positive experience for our customers.

Duties

• Supervise daily store operations, including inventory management and merchandising strategies to maximize sales.
• Perform baking duties and Monitor Inventory levels
• Manage staff by hiring, training, and developing team members to ensure high levels of performance and customer service.
• Oversee cash handling procedures, ensuring accuracy in cash register operations and adherence to company policies.
• Implement effective sales management techniques to achieve store goals and enhance profitability.
• Maintain an organized store environment by ensuring cleanliness and proper product placement.
• Handle payroll processing and scheduling to optimize labor costs while meeting operational needs.
• Monitor pricing strategies to remain competitive in the market while maximizing profit margins.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food industry management
• Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
• Proficiency in cash handling processes and familiarity with cash register systems.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing inventory and store layout.
• Demonstrated ability in sales management with a focus on achieving targets.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with customers, staff, and upper management.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Can operate commercial ovens/equipment
• Can lift 25 pounds
