- Must possess valid unencumbered, Massachusetts RN or LPN License and current CPR certification.
- Two (2) years of clinical nursing experience within a hospital, nursing care center or other related healthcare setting preferred. Must have minimum of one year experience in long term care
- Must have experience in supervision and principles, practice of teaching, and computer skills
- Experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices strongly preferred
- Welcome new admissions and oversee discharges
- Supervise Weekend RN, LPN, and CNA staff
- Respond to family inquiries
- Ensure high-quality resident/patient care
- Provide support to ancillary staff as needed
