Requirements for Weekend Nursing Supervisor (RN/LPN)
Must possess valid unencumbered, Massachusetts RN or LPN License and current CPR certification.
Two (2) years of clinical nursing experience within a hospital, nursing care center or other related healthcare setting preferred. Must have minimum of one year experience in long term care
Must have experience in supervision and principles, practice of teaching, and computer skills
Experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices strongly preferred
Job Duties for Weekend Nursing Supervisor (RN/LPN):
Welcome new admissions and oversee discharges
Supervise Weekend RN, LPN, and CNA staff
Respond to family inquiries
Ensure high-quality resident/patient care
Provide support to ancillary staff as needed
