What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn
• Mechanical or hands-on experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person
• Skilled nursing facility or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
  
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine building maintenance tasks including painting, minor plumbing, carpentry, and basic electrical repairs
• Help maintain heating, ventilation, and building systems
• Respond to maintenance requests from staff and residents
• Assist with emergency repairs when needed
