Seacoast Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Gloucester, MA is currently seeking a Full Time Maintenance Assistant to join our Maintenance crew!

Requirements for Maintenance Assistant:

  • High school diploma
  • Experience in maintenance field of work
  • Experience working within a Skilled Nursing Facility or healthcare, is a plus


Job Duties for Maintenance Assistant:

  • Perform routine building maintenance duties, including painting, minor electrical repairs, plumbing, carpentry, and heating and ventilation systems maintenance
  • Respond to buildings/residents' maintenance needs
  • Respond to emergency calls for maintenance and repairs
  • Comply with all safety and health regulations
