- Prepare annual schedules for designated titles and conventions.
- Conduct research on competing company card game titles and events to propose and implement high-impact, user-centric events.
- Oversee tournament schedules and coordinate event execution through regular meetings with regional tournament organizers.
- Review the tournament operation manual periodically and distribute updated versions to each tournament organizer.
- Utilize post-event reports and user analysis to refine future event management strategies.
- Manage convention events across North, Central, and South America, including booth operations, planning, and negotiations with tournament organizers.
- Plan large tournaments and convention events in accordance with the annual budget.
- Manage social media accounts to effectively promote convention and large-scale events.
