As our operations continue to expand, we are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee day-to-day warehouse functions and help maintain efficient, organized, and scalable processes.
Position Summary
The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, organization, and team coordination. This role is critical in ensuring products, event materials, and equipment are handled accurately and efficiently.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and conduct regular audits.
- Implement and maintain organized storage systems.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Prepare and manage materials for events, tournaments, and activations.
- Track inventory levels and communicate restock needs.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of products and equipment.
- Supervise and support warehouse staff, contractors, or temporary workers as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment in compliance with OSHA standards
- Develop and improve warehouse processes and SOPs.
- Potential to travel occasionally to support live events, activations, and on-site warehouse logistics when required.
- Assist in coordinating facility-related needs, including communication with landlords, vendors, and utility providers as needed.
- Help oversee and manage warehouse utilities and operational infrastructure to ensure uninterrupted workflow.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 4 years of warehouse, logistics, or inventory management experience.
- Experience leading small teams and scheduling/supervising staff a must.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working in a physical environment.
- Proficiency with inventory systems, spreadsheets, or warehouse software.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Authorized to work legally in the United States.
- Must be able to work in-person at the company’s warehouse (Coppell, Texas)
- Valid Driver’s License
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting events, conventions, or live activations.
- Familiarity with Airtable, Google Sheets, or similar tools.
- Forklift certification
