What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Assistant position at Balyasny Asset Management L.P.?
The employee will be responsible for:
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to multiple team members, including calendar management, scheduling calls, and coordinating meetings and appointments
• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and process expense reports
• Assist with printing, filing, and organizing documents and meeting materials
• Support team members with special projects and ad hoc tasks as needed
• Build relationships across departments to develop a broad understanding of the firm and contribute effectively to cross-functional initiatives
• Conduct daily and weekly reviews of team calendars to proactively identify conflicts, prioritization needs, and upcoming commitments
• Serve as a reliable point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the team

EDUCATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 5 years of administrative or executive support experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
