The Facility Maintenance Technician supports daily maintenance and repair of Oriole Park, office spaces, and team facilities. This role focuses on preventive maintenance, general repairs, and supporting ballpark operations. The position will work year-round and will report to the Senior Manager, Operations.

- Perform preventive maintenance to keep equipment and facilities operating safely and efficiently.
- Complete general maintenance tasks, including painting, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and appliance repairs.
- Support ballpark operations and special projects as needed, including game and non-game days.
- Maintain executive offices and work areas in a clean, professional condition.
- Coordinate and assist other maintenance staff when needed.
- Complete work orders and preventive maintenance tasks using the Eptura CMMS system.
- Follow all ballpark procedures, safety standards, and company policies.
- Maintain a professional appearance and perform other duties as assigned.
- Minimum of a high school education or equivalent is required.
- Experience in two or more trades: electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting preferred
- A working understanding of CMMS software, electrical systems, HVAC systems, carpentry, and various
- Reliable transportation with the availability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays as necessary
