The Vaccine Program Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of Employee Health and the inventory and management of vaccines for BMS Health Centers. Member will develop, implement, and assess a comprehensive occupational health plan that emphasizes workplace safety and aligns with peer organization practices, State and Federal laws, and regulations. The coordinator will also manage operations, and the program budget and provide recommendations regarding vaccine policy for BMS. The Vaccine Manager will ensure best practices are delivered throughout the organization by utilizing subject matter expertise and implementing priorities daily. He/she will provide efficient execution of analysis of immunization delivery trends and forecasting future vaccine needs. The coordinator will develop and conduct training as a part of orientation and ongoing competency of clinic staff members to ensure centers manage their vaccine programs to the optimal level possible.
Carries out responsibilities in accordance with Baltimore Medical System Core Values, policies/ procedures, and applicable civil laws. Is accountable for the efficient use of resources and support of the BMS mission.
