Full-time weekday position in community health. Provides long-term comprehensive care for the patient population newborn and older. Diagnoses and treats a variety of diseases and injuries in general practice. As a Physician in an affiliated medical practice, the Family Practice Physician provides medical services to patients in an assigned area. Evaluates and treat patients with appropriate medical diagnostic and treatment skills. Coordinates discharge planning with the Case Manager for admitted patients.
Hours
- Tuesday thru Friday - 8 AM to 5 PM
- Monday - 10 AM to 7 PM
