Provides long-term comprehensive care for the patient population 18 years and older. Diagnoses and treats a variety of diseases and injuries in general practice. A Physician in an affiliated medical practice provides medical services to patients in an assigned area. Evaluates and treats patients with appropriate medical, diagnostic, and treatment skills. Coordinates discharge planning with the Case Manager for admitted patients.
Hours
- Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, & Friday - 8 AM to 5 PM
- Monday - 10 AM to 7 PM (late day)
- Occasional Saturday session
