The Role

Assist Cage Supervisor and Shift Manager with all Cage operations to ensure prompt and accurate service to customers

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and welcoming attitude toward all external and internal customers at all times.
• Perform all duties of Cage Cashier.
• Perform Main Bank responsibilities.
• Oversee Cage operations.
• Review Cage operations and activities with Cage Shift Supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
• Assist Cage Cashiers as needed.
• Assist with staff development and training.
• Review operational data and complete and verify paperwork.
• Have complete knowledge of all events and promotional activities.
• Keep work area in a clean and orderly manner.
• Ensure the safety and security of all customers and team members.
• Comply with all policies and procedures established by Bally’s Kansas City Casino and departmental management.
• Other duties as assigned or any reasonable request from any member of management.
  
  

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
• At least 2 years of cashiering or banking experience preferred.
• Must obtain Missouri Gaming Commission occupational license.
• Appropriate use of office equipment, including personal computer, photocopier, and 10-key calculator.
• Appropriate use of all Cage-related equipment, including sorter, wrapper, and credit card machine.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Must be able to work any assigned shift, including late nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• Read, write, and understand moderately complex instructions, including internal controls.
• Communicate appropriately with all casino customers, casino departments, and fellow team members.
• Understand and adhere to all Missouri Gaming Commission regulations and any other applicable federal, state, and/or local regulations.
• Accurately perform all assigned job duties in a high-volume, fast-paced environment under frequent time pressures.
