The Role:
Responsible for supervising the operation of several assigned table games within a pit. Supervises the dealers at the assigned tables. Also responsible for compliance of internal controls and rating player action.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Directly supervises up to 10 employees in the Table Games Department.
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
- Responsibilities include training employees; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
- Other duties may be assigned.
- Must have a good, sound knowledge of table procedures.
- Excellent customer service knowledge of general information and comps. (i.e. dinners, concerts and entertainment)
- Must have a knowledge of all procedures including fills, credits, bank rolls, marker play and irregularities.
- Thorough knowledge of Internal Controls, title 31 and Louisiana Gaming Regulations.
- Must have excellent leadership skills to supervise dealers.
- Continued training sessions required.
