Ball Chain Manufacturing is looking for a Shipping and Receiving Clerk who would be responsible for the picking, packing, and shipping of all outgoing orders and receiving and stocking of inbound orders. The Shipping clerk ensures that orders are fulfilled accurately, efficiently, and on time to meet customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
· Prepare and process outgoing shipments, including packaging, labeling, and documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and shipping regulations.
· Maintain accurate shipping logs and return logs, including packing lists, bills of lading, and delivery receipts
· Ensure proper receiving processes are being implemented including accounting and inspection of goods for property quality and quantity.
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in order processing.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
· Verify shipment accuracy against order and packing list details and ensure accurate identification of inventory to ship
· Maintenance and management of clean and organized shipping areas as established as company policy.
Qualifications:
· Strong communication skills with a team-oriented mindset.
· Physical ability to lift, move, and package shipments safely (up to 50 lbs).
· Commitment to warehouse safety, organization, and efficiency.
· Shipping and receiving experience
· Ability to work in a fast pace environment
Good time management and prioritization skills desired
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
