Ball Chain Mfg Co, Inc, the world’s largest manufacturer of ball chain. We are looking for someone who likes to work with their hands to work with our production equipment in our production facility. This is not a forklift position, you will be running a set of machines that produce ball chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate light to medium industrial manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality metal chains.
- Maintain an organized and clean working area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Follow instructions from managers and execute assigned tasks accurately on a daily basis.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn new processes and techniques.
- Adhere to all plant and departmental safety rules, standards, and programs.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience working with light to medium industrial manufacturing equipment.
- Strong work ethic and a proactive attitude toward learning and skill development.
- Ability to maintain an organized and clean workspace.
- Willingness and ability to take instruction and perform tasks as directed by managers.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- You must be able to lift up to 20lbs
- Excluding breaks and Lunch, you must be able to stand for a long period of time
