What You Will Do
- Provide safe, nurturing, and attentive care to children with special needs in home and community settings
- Support daily routines and individualized care plans
- Assist with personal care tasks and daily living activities
- Maintain clear, professional communication with families and Balanced Babysitting staff
- Foster a positive, engaging environment where every child can thrive
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years of experience providing one-on-one support to individuals with special needs.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Current CPR Certification
- Ability to obtain and maintain required clearances and background checks
- A genuine passion for working with children and their families
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
Application Question(s):
- This role requires a split-shift schedule (approx. 7 AM–9 AM and 3 PM–5 PM) in Collegeville, PA. Can you commit to these specific hours daily and provide your own reliable transportation?
Experience:
- AAC Devices: 1 year (Preferred)
- Cecostomy or G-Tube Care: 1 year (Preferred)
- Strict Dietary Protocols: 1 year (Preferred)
