Part-Time Support Worker Needed
We are seeking part-time help for a young autistic man to support healthy living and daily routines in a positive, respectful environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with preparing healthy meals
- Support with activities of daily living (prompting and encouragement)
- Light housekeeping
- Motivating and accompanying him to stay active, including going to the gym
Additional Information:
- He is independent in all personal care, including showering and toileting
- This role focuses on support, motivation, and encouragement
Schedule:
- 2–4 hours per shift
- 2–4 times per week
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Positive and compassionate attitude
- Strong ethics and professionalism
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience with autism is a plus, but not required
