Job Title: Electronic Tester

Type of Role: Temp to Hire

Shift / Hours: 1st shift, 6am-2:30pm

Location: Manchester, NH

Hourly Range: 17 DOE

What You'll Do:

?        Provide comprehensive test coverage for a variety of electronics printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs) using In-Circuit Test (ICT), Flying Probe, and 5DX Test Equipment platforms.

?        Setup test equipment and maintain a solid understanding of the test and assembly processes for each type of board, system, or sub-assembly tested.

?        Operate test equipment requiring basic computer skills and knowledge of test programs to accurately identify, interpret, and log failure parameters into the 42Q test data collection platform.

?        Identify electronic component types and read component values for integrated circuits (ICs), resistors, capacitors, and related hardware.

?        Inspect assemblies by sight or with appropriate devices to identify workmanship and material defects, affixing appropriate defect tags in accordance with Sanmina Quality Assurance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

?        Follow step-by-step procedures to perform frequency and/or voltage adjustments while observing meter readings to ensure the unit meets specified requirements.

?        Utilize hand tools and general electronic test equipment (such as Digital Multimeters, oscilloscopes, and power supplies) to verify possible opens, shorts, resistance, and diode functionality.

What You'll Bring:

?        Education: High School Diploma or GED.

?        Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in electronics manufacturing testing.

?        Technical ability to read, interpret, and follow written assembly/test procedures and schematics describing electronic assemblies.

?        Basic computer literacy to navigate test programs and record quality/test data.

How to Stand Out:

?        Direct hands-on experience setting up and operating ICT, Flying Probe, or 5DX automated test equipment platforms.

?        Familiarity with manufacturing execution systems and defect logging platforms, such as 42Q.

?        Strong troubleshooting abilities using Digital Multimeters and oscilloscopes to diagnose component-level issues on complex PCBAs.
