BakerHostetler is seeking an associate with 2-4 years of experience to join its Business Group. The position offers the opportunity to work in a robust practice doing mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and general corporate transactions.

Qualifications Include
- 2-4 years of experience in a wide variety of M&A transactions
- M&A experience should include performing and coordinating due diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, and coordinating closings and post-closing matters
- Solid working knowledge of general corporate law and related matters, including choice of entity and entity formation and governance
- Experience in other corporate or transactional matters, such as joint ventures and/or commercial contracts
- Am Law 100 experience is strongly preferred
- A strong academic record, having earned a J.D. from a nationally recognized and accredited school
- Must be admitted to practice in Georgia, eligible to waive admission to the Georgia Bar or willing to sit for the Georgia Bar Exam
- Ideal candidates will have demonstrated the following attributes:
