Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience practicing employment-based immigration law, including securing temporary work visas and permanent residency (green card) solutions for foreign nationals
- Experience advising employers on complex I-9 compliance and E-Verify requirements
- Proven experience preparing and filing H-1B, L-1A, L-1B, E-2, TN, and O-1 petitions, as well as permanent residence applications, including PERM, I-140, and I-485 matters
- J.D. from an accredited law school with a strong academic record
- Active license to practice law in Ohio
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to deliver clear, persuasive guidance to clients and colleagues
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively prioritize competing demands, and proactively identify and address potential issues
- A collaborative, client-focused approach, supported by strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to team success
