Our Waygate Technologies team provides industry-leading products and services that optimize the inspection process for the aviation and pipeline industries. Our team is responsible for the assembly of high-quality and innovative high-definition handheld cameras that allow us to view very hard to reach spaces.

As aSmall Parts Assembler youwill ensure reliability and consistency on our production line. You will get hands-on experience of assembling innovative and cutting-edge products for the energy industry. You will be part of a team that ensures the highest quality of our customer builds.
As aSmall Parts Assembler, you will be responsible for:
Working with small to microscopic parts to assemble small cameras the size of a pencil eraser.
Utilizing specialized, optical tweezers, pin vise, and microscopes for soldering and assembly of certain parts.
Testing assemblies per customer and/or division criteria.
Performing functional testing on assemblies.
Sit for 8hrs/stand for 8hrs.

Have a High School Diploma or GED
Demonstrate very strong attention to detail
Have extremely refined fine motor skills and dexterity
Have ability to physically perform duties as needed by sitting and standing for extended periods of time
Can read, follow, and interpret routine instructions
Demonstrate the ability to be proactive, flexible and a self-starter
Can work well with teams and can multitask
